Senior-led, confidential and built around clear objectives.
- Confidential discovery we define objectives, audiences, market context, risks, timing and the outcome the client needs communications to support.
- Strategic plan we develop the narrative, message architecture, stakeholder priorities, channels, activity plan and measurement framework.
- Delivery we execute the agreed communications, media, content and engagement programme with senior oversight.
- Measurement we report against agreed indicators such as quality of coverage, message penetration, engagement, executive positioning and strategic progress.
- Review we assess what has changed, refine priorities and recommend the next phase.
Engagement Model
Most strategic mandates are structured as retained advisory and delivery programmes because reputation and influence are built over time rather than through isolated activity. Engagements are typically designed for six months or longer, although the duration, team and workstreams are tailored to the brief.
Fees are provided by proposal and reflect the seniority of the team, complexity of the mandate, markets involved, volume of delivery and any specialist support required. Defined project-based engagements may also be considered for launches, events, announcements, training or specific communications assignments.
Each engagement is governed by a written scope setting out deliverables, approvals, responsibilities, timelines, fees, confidentiality, reporting and any third-party costs.
Arab cultural intelligence. London perspective. International ambition.
Arab-led, London-based We understand the cultural context behind Arab ambition and the expectations of British media, business and institutional audiences.
Strategic, not transactional We start with reputation and objectives, then build the right mix of communications activity around them.
Senior, high-touch service Mandates are deliberately selective so clients receive close attention, discretion and continuity.
Integrated ecosystem Our communications work is strengthened by the wider Arab Entrepreneurs Board network, media activity, business relationships and convening platforms.
Cross-market understanding We help clients communicate across the UK, GCC and international markets without losing the clarity or authenticity of their story.
Measured discretion We define scope, approvals, confidentiality and success measures from the outset, and we are clear about what depends on third parties.
Selected Credentials & Proof
Credibility depends on how the work is done.
Our reputation is tied to the quality and integrity of the work we deliver. We therefore operate with clear professional boundaries and transparent expectations.
- Editorial coverage is earned, not guaranteed. Journalists, editors and media owners retain full editorial independence.
- Awards, speaking invitations, institutional participation and third-party introductions remain subject to independent selection, availability, approval and applicable protocols.
- Paid, sponsored or influencer content is identified and disclosed where required.
- We do not offer legal, financial, investment or transaction advice. Where communications relate to a transaction, restructuring, dispute or regulated matter, we coordinate with the client’s appointed professional advisers.
- We do not sell political influence or guaranteed access to public officials. Any public-affairs activity is subject to applicable UK law, registration and transparency obligations.
- Institutional and Parliamentary venues are referenced only where use is formally approved and in accordance with the venue’s rules; venue use does not imply endorsement.
- Client information is handled confidentially and conflicts, approvals and sensitive mandates are assessed before work begins.
Measurement
Success is agreed at the start of the mandate. Depending on the brief, measurement may include quality and relevance of media coverage, share of voice, message pull-through, executive visibility, stakeholder engagement, event outcomes, digital performance and progress against strategic communications objectives.
Every mandate begins with a strategic conversation.
We begin by understanding your objectives, reputation, markets, audiences, stakeholder environment and desired outcome. From there, we recommend the communications programme, team and engagement model best suited to the brief.
